We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Brand Studio Photographer to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring the essence of our jewellery collections to life through exceptional imagery.
Your Role at Georgia Charal
As our Brand Studio Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in visually representing the Georgia Charal brand. Working from our in-house studio, you will be responsible for photographing both product images with props and model photography, ensuring all visuals align with our luxury aesthetic. Post-production editing will also be conducted on-site, according to our direction and predetermined creative process.
What You’ll Do
Capture high-quality product photos in our studio, creatively incorporating props and backgrounds to enhance the jewellery’s allure.
Conduct model photoshoots in-house to showcase collections in line with brand guidelines.
Retouch and edit photos to ensure consistency, precision, and adherence to the brand’s visual standards.
Enhance jewellery images to highlight specific details and achieve a polished final look.
Partner with the marketing and creative team to understand campaign objectives and visual requirements.
Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the brand’s visual storytelling.
Manage and maintain studio equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent condition for consistent, high-quality output.
Set up and adjust lighting, cameras, and props for each shoot.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Proven experience in studio photography, including product and model photography, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Expertise in studio lighting techniques and equipment handling.
Proficiency in post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Collaborative and open-minded, with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Experience photographing jewellery or other luxury products.
Awareness of visual content trends in luxury branding.

Your Role at Georgia Charal
As a Graphic Design and Visual Strategy Intern, you will support the creative team in shaping the visual identity and styling direction of our brand. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about design, trends, and the interplay of storytelling and aesthetics in the luxury industry.
What You’ll Do
Research & Trend Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive research on visual trends in the luxury and jewellery industries.
Analyse competitor branding and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for Georgia Charal to innovate.
Mood Board Development:
Create compelling, thematic mood boards to conceptualise ideas for campaigns, photoshoots, and product styling.
Present visual directions that align with our brand values and seasonal collections.
Visual Storytelling:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop layouts, typography, and visual narratives that tell the story behind our collections.
Assist in defining the aesthetic approach for promotional materials and online campaigns.
Styling Concepts:
Provide innovative styling suggestions for jewellery display, product photography, and marketing content.
Explore unique ways to enhance visual merchandising and brand storytelling.
Collaborative Support:
Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to ideate and refine creative projects.
Assist in organising and managing creative assets to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
A creative thinker who can balance artistic vision with brand strategy.
Organised and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team and contribute to expanding Georgia Charal’s global footprint.
Your Role at Georgia Charal
As a Business Development Intern, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy, working closely with the business development team to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support our efforts to expand into new markets.
What You’ll Do
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth research on jewellery market trends, competitive analysis, and potential B2B opportunities.
Identify target markets, key players, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with international clients and distributors.
Support in drafting proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse sales performance and market data to provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports on market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative business strategies.
Contribute to the development of initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and client engagement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
